How did you get started with bodybuilding/Living the Fitness lifestyle?
I started bodybuilding at the young age of 15. Having 2 older brothers that lifted, it motivated me at a really young age. As I got older I always worked out but then I really started to diet and saw the incredible results of all things coming together and working on all cylinders. About 3 years I made the decision to try and get into the best shape of my life and I did just that. I consider Bodybuilding my escape and stress release. It’s an amazing sport and it takes so much discipline and hard work. I LOVE IT!
Where does your motivation come from?
My motivation comes from people like Juan Diesel Morel. Years ago when I was a bit over weight and out of shape I hired Juan to train me and he taught me so much about bodybuilding and dieting. The time I trained with Juan reignited my passion for Bodybuilding. I always made excuses that I was to busy and didn’t have time to train and diet as an Executive. It’s all about making time for the things you are passionate about. I also get my motivation from people that I follow on Social Media. I love Instagram and get my daily dose of motivation by checking feeds of like minded individuals like myself. I to hope to inspire and motivate other people myself.
What workout routine has worked best for you?
Nothing better than fasted cardio for getting shredded. I train 5-6 days a week and typically hit 1 major body part per day and abs each day.

If you had to pick only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?
Squats – This is one of the best total body exercises. It’s a must for me!
To round off your shoulders Side Lateral Raises – low weight and high reps will round those shoulders
Dumbbell Incline Chest Presses – isolates the Chest more so than bench. Love to superset these with Chest Busters to isolate the upper chest.
What is your diet like?
Overall I eat very healthy 6 days a week. I have a very busy schedule but bring my meals to work everyday. I have Egg Whites and Oatmeal every morning, Chicken with Brown Rice and Sweet Potato for meals 2,3 and 4 and Steak or Fish with Sweet Potato and Veggies for Dinner. I have 1 cheat meal a week when prepping for a show. I look forward to my big Italian Sunday Dinner as my Cheat meal each week.
When trying to cut down do you prefer to use HIIT or just normal cardio?
When trying to cut down do you prefer to use HIIT or just normal cardio? I just use normal cardio however incline speed walking early in the morning (Fasted Cardio at 5am) and after my workouts. When I’m dieting for a show I do upwards of 1 hour of cardio per day. I have a treadmill next to my bed so I have no excuses when I wake up at 5am. I put on the News and do my fasted cardio.
What is your supplementation like?
“LOVE BCAA, I also use ZMA for Sleep and Whey protein. My favorite Whey protein is SPECIES. It’s the healthiest and taste great!”
“Dreams don’t work unless you do!”
