Metabolic Workouts | Battle Ropes and Pushup Workout
Battles ropes are an incredible metabolic workout that is low-impact yet intense.
Combining fast rope waves with pushups are two great exercises that will get your heart rate and arm pump way up!
Repeated bouts can improve upper-body muscular endurance and ultimately increasing the total number of pushups you can do.
Perform max-effort waves for 30 seconds. Rest for 30 seconds. Next, do as many pushups as possible in 30 seconds, and then rest again for 30 seconds. That’s 1 round. Do 5 to 10 total rounds.
